Micro & Small Enterprises Cluster Development Programme (MSE-CDP)
Summary
MSE-CDP supports clusters of 10-20 Udyam-registered MSEs sharing similar methods. It provides GOI grants ranging from 60% to 90% for common infrastructure and technology. Implemented via SPVs, it enhances competitiveness through collective resources and shared market needs.
Eligibility
- MSEs must be engaged in manufacturing, processing, or service activities and possess a valid Udyam Registration
- Cluster Requirements: A cluster generally needs a minimum of 10 to 20 MSEs, depending on the project cost. The enterprises should share common production methods, technology, or market needs.

- Detailed Project Report (DPR)
- SPV registration certificate, Memorandum of Association (MoA), and Articles of Association (AoA).
- Registered land documents (ownership or long-term lease agreement for at least 15-25 years)
