Eligibility
- Residency: Permanent resident of Uttar Pradesh.
- Age: Between 21 and 40 years old.
- Education: Minimum qualification of Class 8th pass. Preference is given to those with intermediate or equivalent qualifications.
- Training/Skill: Must possess a skill-related certificate, diploma, or degree from a government-approved institution or have completed training under government-run schemes like ODOP or Vishwakarma Shram Samman Yojana.
- Credit History: A CIBIL score of 670 or higher is required, with no history of default or non-performing assets (NPA) in the last 12 months.

Subsidy/Benefits
- Loan Amount: Up to ₹5 lakh interest-free loan.
- Interest Subsidy: 100% interest subsidy on the loan for a period of four years.
- Margin Money Subsidy: A back-ended margin money subsidy of 10% of the total project cost (up to a maximum of ₹50,000 for a ₹5 lakh project) is provided.
- Digital Transaction Incentive: An additional grant of ₹1 per digital transaction, with a maximum of ₹2,000 per year, is provided per beneficiary.
